Release by SBL and Acceptance by Client. (i) SBL shall perform all testing in accordance with the Specifications of the Product-in-process and the Product and release the Product in accordance with the terms of the applicable QAG. SBL may not release a Batch of Product if there is any outstanding deviations. Upon such release, SBL shall deliver to Client the Batch Related Documents, including a Certificate of Analysis and Certificate of Compliance, in accordance with the applicable QAG;
