Common use of Release for Payment Clause in Contracts

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Collateral Custodian of the Collateral Manager’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit H (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with any liquidation have been credited to the Collection Account), the Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the relevant Related Contracts to the Collateral Manager.

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Collateral Custodian of the Collateral Manager’s 's request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit H G (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with any liquidation such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection AccountAccount as provided in this Agreement), the Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the relevant Related Contracts related Required Loan Documents to the Collateral Manager.

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Collateral Trustee or Document Custodian of the Collateral ManagerServicer’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit H G (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with any liquidation such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection AccountAccount as provided in this Agreement), the Collateral Custodian Trustee or Document Custodian, as applicable, shall promptly release the relevant specified Related Contracts Documents to the Collateral ManagerServicer.
