Common use of Release for Payment Clause in Contracts

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Collateral Custodian of the Servicer’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit J (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received) in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection Account, the Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents to the Servicer.

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Collateral Custodian of the Servicer’s 's request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit J (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received) in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection Account, the Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents to the Servicer.

Upon receipt by the Collateral Custodian Trustee (with a copy to the Administrative Agent) of the Servicer’s request for release of documents Collateral Debt Obligation Files and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit J (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received) received in connection with such payment payment, repurchase or repurchase sale have been credited to the Collection AccountAccount as provided in this Agreement), the Collateral Custodian Trustee shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents Collateral Debt Obligation File to the Servicer, on behalf of the Borrower.

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Collateral Custodian (with a copy to the Administrative Agent) of the Servicer’s request for release of documents Collateral Debt Obligation Files and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit J (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received) received in connection with such payment payment, repurchase or repurchase sale have been credited to the Collection AccountAccount as provided in this Agreement), the Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents Collateral Debt Obligation File to the Servicer, on behalf of the Borrower.

Upon receipt by the Collateral Custodian of the ServicerService’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit J (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received) in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection Account, the Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents to the Servicer.
