Employee acknowledges that Employee is voluntarily and knowingly entering into this Release and understands that this ADEA release does not apply to any claims or rights under the ADEA that may arise after Employee executes this Release. Employee acknowledges that the consideration given for the release of the ADEA claims is in addition to anything of value to which he was already entitled.
