Release of Amounts. So long as no Event of Default under the Credit Agreement shall have occurred and be continuing, the Administrative Agent will pay and release to the Borrower or at its order or, at the request of the Borrower, to the Administrative Agent to be applied to the Obligations of the Borrower under the Loan Documents such amount, if any, as is then on deposit in the L/C Cash Collateral Account.
Release of Amounts. So long as no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, the Collateral Agent will pay and release to the Borrower or the relevant Grantor or at the Borrower’s order or, at the request of the Borrower, to the Collateral Agent to be applied to the Obligations of the Borrower under the Loan Documents, such amount, if any, as is then on deposit in the L/C Cash Collateral Account, in each case to the extent permitted to be released under the terms of the Credit Agreement.
Release of Amounts. So long as no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, the Grantors shall have the sole and exclusive right to direct the applicable Pledged Account Bank to pay and release, to the applicable Grantor or at its order or, at the request of such Grantor, to the Administrative Agent to be applied to the Obligations of the Grantors under the Loan Documents, such amount, if any, as is then on deposit in the Cash Collateral Account and the Pledged Deposit Accounts, in each case to the extent not prohibited from being released under the terms of the Credit Agreement.
Release of Amounts. So long as no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing or would result therefrom and except with respect to the amounts required to be deposited in the L/C Cash Collateral Account pursuant to Section 2.06(b) above, if any, the Administrative Agent will pay and release to the Borrower or at its order or, at the request of the Borrower, to the Administrative Agent to be applied to the Obligations of the Borrower under the Loan Documents such amount, if any, as is then on deposit in the L/C Cash Collateral Account.
Release of Amounts. So long as no Default under Section 6.01(a) or (f) of the Credit Agreement or Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, the Administrative Agent will pay and release, or direct the applicable Pledged Account Bank to pay and release, to the Borrower or at its order or, at the request of the Borrower, to the Administrative Agent to be applied to the Obligations of the Borrower under the Loan Documents, in the case of the L/C Collateral Account, such amount, if any, as is then on deposit in the L/C Collateral Account to the extent permitted to be released under the terms of the Credit Agreement and, in the case of the Collateral Account, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate principal amount of the Cash Equivalents credited to the Collateral Account exceeds all amounts then due and payable under the Loan Documents together with all accrued and unpaid interest and fees under the Credit Agreement.

Release of Amounts. So long as no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing or would result therefrom and except with respect to the amounts required to be deposited in the XX Xxxx Collateral Account pursuant to §4.16(a) above, if any, Agent will pay and release to the Borrowers or at their order or, at the request of the Borrowers, to Agent to be applied to the Obligations of the Borrowers under the Loan Documents such amount, if any, as is then on deposit in the XX Xxxx Collateral Account.
Release of Amounts. (a) So long as no Default under Section 8.01(a), (f) or (k) of the Credit Agreement or an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, the Collateral Agent will pay and release, or direct the applicable Pledged Account Bank to pay and release, to the Borrower or at its order such amount, if any, as is then on deposit in the Pledged Deposit Accounts, in each case to the extent permitted to be released under the terms of the Credit Documents.
(b) The following provisions shall apply to withdrawals from the Lock-Up Account:
Release of Amounts. Upon the drawing of any Letter of Credit for which funds are on deposit in the L/C Cash Collateral Account, such funds shall be applied to reimburse the Issuing Bank or the Revolving Credit Lenders, as applicable, as provided in the Credit Agreement.
Release of Amounts. To the extent that (i) any proceeds were deposited in the Collateral Account or a Pledged Deposit Account during the continuance of an Event of Default and (ii) there are remaining proceeds in such Collateral Account or Pledged Deposit Account upon the termination of such Event of Default, so long as no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, the Collateral Agent will pay and release, or direct the applicable Pledged Account Bank to pay and release, to the applicable Grantor or at its order or, at the request of such Grantor, to the Collateral Agent to be applied to the Obligations of the Grantors under the Loan Documents, such amount, if any, as is then on deposit in such Collateral Account or Pledged Deposit Account, in each case to the extent permitted to be released under the terms of the Credit Agreement.
