Release of Claim. 8.1 Upon the Effective Date, the Employer, does hereby for themselves, and for their agents, current or former employees, representatives, attorneys, legal successors and assigns, officers, directors and shareholders, expressly release and absolutely and forever discharge Employee and Employee’s respective agents, representatives, attorneys, legal successors and assigns, of and from any ad all claims, demands, damages, debts, liabilities, obligations, costs, expenses, liens, actions and causes of action of every kind and nature whatever, whether known or unknown at the Effective Date, suspected or unsuspected, which Employer has at the Effective Date, own or hold, or at any time prior to the Effective Date ever had, owned or held, or could, shall or may after the Effective Date have, own or hold against Employee based upon, related to or by xxxxx of any contract, express, implied in fact or implied by law, lien, liability, matter, cause, fact, thing, act or omission whatsoever occurring or existing.
