Release of Collateral Security. We will not discharge or release our Collateral Security in the security funds until all transactions, finance charges and fees and other charges that you owe under this Agreement have been processed, all Obligations have been satisfied and performed, and we are not obligated to advance any further funds or credit to you.
Release of Collateral Security. (a) In the event that the Company receives a Rating of at least “Baa3” from Xxxxx’x or “BBB-” from S&P for its unsecured Debt, then:
Release of Collateral Security. Provided that the Trustee shall not have theretofore foreclosed on the Shares and that foreclosure proceedings are not then pending, the Trustee shall release the security interest and pledge on September 30, 2003.
Release of Collateral Security. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein or in the Collateral Agreement, upon request of the Borrower Representative, the Administrative Agent shall (without notice to or vote or consent of any Lender) take action having the effect of releasing any Collateral provided for in the Collateral Agreement to the extent necessary to permit consummation, by the relevant Person in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, of any transaction not prohibited hereunder.
