Security Funds definition

Security Funds. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.6 (Security Funds).
Security Funds means any additional deposit(s) by a Clearing Member required by the Corporation to be placed with the Corporation to ensure performance of a Clearing Member's obligations; and
Security Funds means any additional deposit(s) by a Clearing Participant required by the Corporation to be placed with the Corporation to ensure performance of a Clearing Participant's obligations; and

  • The Federal intent is that all Homeland Security Funds are awarded competitively.

  • Any failure to draw upon the Security Funds or other security for any damages or other amounts due Company shall not prejudice Company's rights to recover such damages or amounts in any other manner.

  • Promptly following the end of the Term, and the complete performance of all of Seller's obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to the obligation to pay any and all amounts owed by Seller to Company under this Agreement, Company shall release the Security Funds to Seller.

More Definitions of Security Funds

Security Funds means the amount of money that you have provided to us and that we hold as collateral for the payment of all or any part of the amounts that you owe to us under this Agreement, if applicable.

Security Funds means the cash deposit of Two Hundred Three Thousand Three Hundred Twelve Dollars and Fifty Cents ($ 203,312.50), which sum represents one hundred twenty-five percent(125%) of the estimated Developer's cost of constructing the CFA Obligations (the"Estimated Developer's Cost"). "Lien" shall mean any lien, security interest, charge, tax lien, pledge or encumbrance designed to secure the repayment of indebtedness or the satisfaction of any other obligation to a third party not a party of this Agreement.
Security Funds means any additional deposit(s) by a Clearing Member required by the Corporation to be placed with the Corporation to ensure performance of a Clearing Member's obligations and shall be equivalent to the form of deposits accepted by the Corporation pursuant to Section A-608.
Security Funds funds that I am required to provide to Refresh, to hold as collateral for payment of the amounts that I owe under or pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Collateral Account Bank a bank which at all times is a Collateral Agent or a Lender or an affiliate thereof as selected by the relevant Grantor and consented to in writing by the Collateral Agent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

  • Data Security Requirements means, collectively, all of the following to the extent relating to Data Treatment, to any privacy, security, or security breach notification requirements applicable to the Company or any Retained Subsidiary, to the conduct of the Management and Franchise Business, or to any System: (i) PCI-DSS, (ii) the Company’s and the Retained Subsidiaries’ own rules and policies and (iii) applicable Law.

  • Security Management Plan means the Supplier's security management plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 3 of schedule 2 an outline of which is set out in paragraph 2.7 of the Order Form as updated from time to time;

  • Deposit Account Agreement means the Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosure, as may be amended from time to time, issued by the Custodian and available on the Custodian’s internet customer portal, “xx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx”.

  • Reserve Accounts means the Tax and Insurance Reserve Account, the Leasing Reserve Account or any other escrow account established by the Loan Documents.

  • Security Clearance means that level of security clearance required by the City or its police department for Contractor personnel accessing the information or premises required to be accessed in order to perform the Work under this Contract;

  • Facility LC Collateral Account is defined in Section 2.20.11.

  • Collateral Deposit Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(a).
