Release of Command. Radio Frequency and Address Code Information The Contractor shall consider and treat all assigned command radio frequencies and command address codes used for the spacecraft under this Contract and all on-orbit performance date as proprietary to XM. All such proprietary information shall not be released to third parties without XM’s prior approval in accordance with the Contract Terms and Conditions.
