Common use of Release of Contract Clause in Contracts

Release of Contract. During the contract duration, the student may be released, at the College’s sole discretion, from the contract for the following reasons: A) Official withdrawal from the College or withdrawal from the day school program and entrance into the evening school program. B) Graduation. C) Dismissal from the residence hall or College.
