Common use of Release of Documents Clause in Contracts

Release of Documents. As soon as practicable after receiving written instructions from the Indenture Trustee or, to the extent the Servicer shall have received an Asset Representations Review Notice, from the Asset Representations Reviewer, the Servicer shall release any document in the Receivable Files to the Indenture Trustee or the Asset Representations Reviewer or such Person’s agent or designee, as the case may be, at such place as the Indenture Trustee or the Asset Representations Reviewer may reasonably designate.
