The persons and entities described in subsections (i), (ii), and (iii) of this section 5.1 are collectively referred to herein as the “Releasees.” CPA and its attorneys represent and warrant that they have not filed and are not contemplating filing, that they are not aware of any other person who has filed or is contemplating filing, and that they have not engaged and do not intend to engage in any advertising or solicitation to locate additional persons to file, any form of complaint against the Releasees.
