Common use of Release of Funds in Reserve Account Clause in Contracts

Release of Funds in Reserve Account. On the earlier to occur of (i) the payment in full of the Series 2017-3 Notes, and (ii) the Series 2017-3 Final Maturity Date, any funds remaining in the Series 2017-3 Reserve Account will be treated as Available Investor Principal Collections. The Series 2017-3 Reserve Account will, following that occurrence, be considered to have terminated under this Indenture Supplement.

Release of Funds in Reserve Account. On the earlier to occur of (i) the payment in full of the Series 20172018-3 2 Notes, and (ii) the Series 20172018-3 2 Final Maturity Date, any funds remaining in the Series 20172018-3 2 Reserve Account will be treated as Available Investor Principal Collections. The Series 20172018-3 2 Reserve Account will, following that occurrence, be considered to have terminated under this Indenture Supplement.
