Common use of Release of Information to Governments and Lenders Clause in Contracts

Release of Information to Governments and Lenders. The Producer authorizes the Administrator and AAFC to convey the information contained in, or provided in connection with, this Application and Agreement, as well as associated documentation, both personal and otherwise, to the Government of Canada and Provincial Governments and their respective agencies and the Toronto Dominion Bank for the purposes of verifying APP entitlements, administering the APP, and any assignment or realization of security.
