Release of Landlord. If and to the extent that Level 3's underlying leases so require (but only if they so require) Customer hereby agrees to release Level 3's landlord (and its agents, subcontractors and employees) from all liability relating to Customer's access to the Gateway and the Colocation Area and Customer's use and/or occupancy of the Colocation Space.
