Release of Liability for Termination Event. Upon termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 10.3.1, neither Party shall be under any further obligation or subject to liability hereunder, except with respect to the indemnity provision in Section 6 hereof, which shall remain in effect for a period of 12 months following the Early Termination Date.
