Release of Liability for Termination. 13.4.1. Upon termination of this Agreement, neither Party shall be under any further obligation or subject to liability hereunder, except as provided in Section 2.4.2. 13.4.2. If an Event of Default shall have occurred, the non-defaulting Party has the right to immediately suspend performance under this Agreement and pursue all remedies available at Law or in equity against the defaulting Party (including monetary damages), except to the extent that such remedies are limited by the terms of this Agreement.
