RELEASE OF LIENS AND CERTIFICATE OF CONTRACTOR. Upon award of the Contract, the Prime Contractor shall inform the Owner of the subcontractors and material sources that will be used. Upon the completion by the Prime Contractor of the construction of the Project, but prior to final payment to the Prime Contractor, the Prime Contractor shall deliver to the Owner releases of all liens, and of rights to claim any lien, from all manufacturers, materialmen and subcontractors furnishing services or materials for the Project, to the effect that all materials or services used on or for the Project have been paid for and indicating that the Owner is fully released from all such claims.
