Common use of Release of Liens Clause in Contracts

Release of Liens. Buyer shall have received from Seller a duly and validly executed copy of all agreements, instruments, certificates and other documents, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyer, that are necessary or appropriate to evidence the release of all Liens set forth in Schedule 6.2(f) to this Agreement.

Buyer shall have received from Seller at Closing and upon payment of all outstanding loans, a duly and validly executed copy of all agreements, instruments, certificates and other documents, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyer, that are necessary or appropriate to evidence the release of all Liens set forth in Schedule 6.2(f) 4.9 to this Agreement.
