Common use of Release of Liens Clause in Contracts

Release of Liens. Parent shall have received from the Company a duly and validly executed copy of all agreements, instruments, certificates and other documents, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Parent, that are necessary or appropriate to evidence the release of all liens set forth on Schedule 6.15 hereto.
