Common use of Release of Mortgage Files Clause in Contracts

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Account.

Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

(a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of a Payoff with respect to any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full a Payoff has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the applicable Servicer willwill (or if the applicable Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification request for release substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto attached to the related Custodial Agreement, and signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) applicable Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in fullPayoff, each Servicer is authorized, authorized to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Distribution Account.

(a) Upon (i) becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, Loan or (ii) the receipt by any the Master Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been or will be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Datepurposes, the Master Servicer willshall, if required under or shall cause the applicable Servicing AgreementServicer to, promptly furnish to notify the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of ) by a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Collection Account maintained by the applicable Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement hereof have been or will be so deposited) of a Servicing Officer and shall request that (on the form attached hereto as Exhibit C or on the form attached to the related Custodial Agreement) the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) to deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File; provided, however, that in lieu of sending a hard copy certification of a Servicing Officer, the Master Servicer may, or may cause, the Servicer to, deliver the request for release in a mutually agreeable electronic format, and to the extent that such a request, on its face, originates from a Servicing Officer, no original signature shall be required. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodianapplicable Custodian (with the consent, on behalf and at the direction of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and neither the Trustee (and nor the Custodian, if applicable) applicable Custodian shall have no any further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, the Master Servicer is authorized, and each Servicer Servicer, to the extent such authority is provided for under the applicable Servicing Agreement, is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Collection Account.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the Custodial Account. In the event the Servicer satisfies or releases a Mortgage without having obtained payment in full of the indebtedness secured by the Mortgage or should it otherwise prejudice any right the Certificateholders or the Depositor may have under the Mortgage Loan Documents, the Servicer, upon written demand by the Depositor or the Trustee, shall remit within one Business Day the then outstanding principal balance of the related Servicing Mortgage Loan by deposit thereof in the Custodial Account.

Upon receipt of such certification and requestRequest for Release, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer within five (5) Business Days and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, give as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Account.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Company or the related Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Company or the related Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse, representation or warranty) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

(a) Upon (i) becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the receipt by any the Master Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been or will be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for purposes, or (iii) in the case of a Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is located in California, receipt by the Master Servicer of notification from the Servicer that the Servicer reasonably expects that payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Datein full will be received promptly, the Master Servicer will, if required under or will cause the applicable Servicing AgreementServicer to, promptly furnish to notify the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of ) by a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received or to be received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Collection Account maintained by the applicable Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) of a Servicing Officer and shall request that the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) to deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. In lieu of sending a hard copy certification of a Servicing Officer, the Master Servicer may, or may cause the Servicer to, deliver the request for release in a mutually agreeable electronic format. To the extent that such a request, on its face, originates from a Servicing Officer, no signature shall be required. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and neither the Trustee (and nor the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no any further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any The Master Servicer is authorized, and each Servicer, to the extent such payment in fullauthority is delegated to such Servicer by the Master Servicer under the applicable Servicing Agreement, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Collection Account.

Upon any The Master Servicer is authorized, and each Servicer, to the extent such payment in fullauthority is delegated to such Servicer by the Master Servicer under the applicable Servicing Agreement, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Collection Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing AgreementAgreement (or if the Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto signed by a Servicing Officer an officer of the Servicer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 3.16 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon (i) becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, Loan or (ii) the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been or will be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Datepurposes, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing AgreementServicer, promptly furnish to notify the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of ) by a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Collection Account maintained by the applicable Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement 5.06 have been or will be so deposited) of a Servicing Officer and shall request that deliver a Request for Release in the form of Exhibit A-5 hereto to the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) deliver Custodian with respect to the applicable Servicer the related such Mortgage FileLoan. Upon receipt of such certification and requestRequest for Release, the Indenture Trustee (or the CustodianCustodian (with the consent, on behalf and at the direction of the Indenture Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Indenture Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Indenture Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Collection Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodianapplicable Custodian (with the consent, on behalf and at the direction of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and neither the Trustee (and nor the Custodian, if applicable) applicable Custodian shall have no any further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, the Master Servicer is authorized, and each Servicer Servicer, to the extent such authority is provided for under the applicable Servicing Agreement, is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Collection Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon (i) becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, Loan or (ii) the receipt by any the Master Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been or will be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Datepurposes, the Master Servicer willshall, if required under or shall cause the applicable Servicing AgreementServicer to, promptly furnish to notify the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of ) by a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Collection Account maintained by the applicable Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement hereof have been or will be so deposited) of a Servicing Officer and shall request that (on the form attached hereto as Exhibit C or on the form attached to the applicable Custodial Agreement) the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) to deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File; provided, however, that in lieu of sending a hard copy certification of a Servicing Officer, the Master Servicer may, or may cause the applicable Servicer to, deliver the request for release in a mutually agreeable electronic format, and to the extent that such a request, on its face, originates from a Servicing Officer, no original signature shall be required. Upon any such payment in full, each the Master Servicer is authorized, and the applicable Servicer, to the extent such authority is provided for under the related Servicing Agreement, is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Collection Account.

(a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Company or the related Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Company or the related Servicer will, if required under the applicable related Servicing AgreementAgreement (or if the Company or the related Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F H hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Company or the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 Article V or by the applicable related Servicer pursuant to its the related Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Company or the related Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Company or the related Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Company or the related Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse, representation or warranty) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Company or the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Company or the Servicer will, if required under (pursuant to the applicable GMACM Servicing Agreement), as applicable, will (or if the Company or the Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F G hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or Master Servicing Officer (as applicable) or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer or Master Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Company pursuant to Article V or by the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its GMACM Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Company or the Servicer or the Master Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Company or the Servicer or the Master Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Company, the Master Servicer or the Servicer (as applicable) is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, Trustee as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse, representation or warranty) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

(a) Upon (i) becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, Loan or (ii) the receipt by any the Master Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been or will be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Datepurposes, the Master Servicer will, if required under or will cause the related Servicer to, promptly notify the Indenture Trustee (or the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of ) by a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Collection Account maintained by the applicable Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement 4.07 have been or will be so deposited) of a Servicing Officer and shall request that (on the form attached hereto as Exhibit B or on the form attached to the related Custodial Agreement) the Indenture Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) to deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodianapplicable Custodian (with the consent, on behalf and at the direction of the Indenture Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Indenture Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, the Master Servicer is authorized, and each Servicer Servicer, to the extent such authority is provided for under the applicable Servicing Agreement, is authorized, to give, as agent for the Indenture Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Collection Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicers or the Master Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F D hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, shall no later than five Business Days (or, to the extent that the applicable Servicer notifies the Seller that a document is not in the Servicer's possession as part of the Servicing File which is needed for purposes of the Servicer complying with any applicable law, within such shorter period as may be necessary to enable the Servicer to comply with such law), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders Noteholders on the next Distribution Payment Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable MortgageIT Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, Indenture Trustee two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F B hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its MortgageIT Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Indenture Trustee (deliver or cause the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) Custodian to deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release or cause the Custodian to release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Indenture Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Indenture Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Account.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicableCustodians) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Master Servicer willwill cause the Servicer, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, to promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F D hereto signed by a Servicing Officer servicing officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer servicing officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Servicer Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Servicer Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing AgreementAgreement (or if the Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F D hereto (or as otherwise provided in the Custodial Agreement) signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 4.01, or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement Agreement, have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or shall cause the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall Custodian to promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Account.

(a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification request for release substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto attached to the applicable Custodial Agreement attached to the signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Master Servicer Collection Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the applicable Servicer willwill (or if the Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification request for release substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto attached to the Custodial Agreement, and signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, authorized to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Distribution Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. Upon (ai) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the receipt by purchase or repurchase of any Servicer Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 2.03 of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies or (iii) substitution of a certification substantially in Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loan for a Deleted Mortgage Loan, and upon receipt by the form Custodian of Exhibit F hereto a certificate signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect stating that all amounts received required by the Pooling and Servicing Agreement in connection with such payment that are required to be payment, repurchase or substitution have been deposited in the related Servicing Collection Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf 3.10 of the Trustee) deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification Pooling and requestServicing Agreement, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), Custodian shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and Depositor or the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignmentMaster Servicer, as the case may be. From time to time as appropriate for the servicing or foreclosure of any Mortgage Loan, the Custodian, shall, upon request of the Master Servicer and delivery to the Custodian of a Request for Release, release the related Mortgage File to the Master Servicer. Such Request for Release shall be obligate the Master Servicer to return each and every document previously requested from the Mortgage File to the Custodian when the need therefor by the Master Servicer no longer exists, unless: (i) the Mortgage Loan has been liquidated and the Liquidation Proceeds relating to the Mortgage Loan have been deposited in the Certificate Account; or (ii) the Mortgage File or such document has been delivered to an attorney, or to a public trustee or other public official as required by law, for purposes of initiating or pursuing legal action or other proceedings for the foreclosure of the Mortgaged Property either judicially or non-judicially, and the Master Servicer has delivered to the Custodian a certificate of a Servicing Officer certifying as to the name and address of the Person to which such Mortgage File or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor such document was delivered and the purpose or purposes of such payment, it being understood delivery. Upon receipt of a certificate of a Servicing Officer stating that such Mortgage Loan was liquidated and agreed that no expenses incurred all amounts received or to be received in connection with such instrument of satisfaction liquidation which are required to be deposited into the Certificate Account have been so deposited, or assignmentthat such Mortgage Loan has become an REO Property, as the case may be, related Mortgage File shall be chargeable released by the Custodian to the related Servicing AccountMaster Servicer. The Custodian shall, at the expense of any Certificateholder and upon such Certificateholder's request, provide a written report to such Certificateholder of all Mortgage Files released to the Master Servicer for servicing purposes.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon (i) becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, Loan or (ii) the receipt by any the Master Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been or will be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Datepurposes, the Master Servicer willshall, if required under or shall cause the applicable Servicing AgreementServicer to, promptly furnish to notify the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of ) by a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Collection Account maintained by the applicable Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement hereof have been or will be so deposited) of a Servicing Officer and shall request that (on the form attached hereto as Exhibit C or on the form attached to the related Custodial Agreement) the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) to deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodianapplicable Custodian (with the consent, on behalf and at the direction of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and neither the Trustee (and nor the Custodian, if applicable) applicable Custodian shall have no any further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, the Master Servicer is authorized, and each Servicer Servicer, to the extent such authority is provided for under the applicable Servicing Agreement, is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Collection Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the related Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, such Servicer will (or if such Servicer does not, the Master Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, may) promptly furnish to the Trustee and the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification request for release substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto attached to the Custodial Agreement signed by a Servicing Officer an Authorized Servicer Representative or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer an Authorized Servicer Representative (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Custodial Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement Article V have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, deliver to the related Servicer the related Mortgage File. Within five (or 5) Business Days of receipt of such certification and request, the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable related Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the related Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the related Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Custodial Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required (or if the Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may) under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F D hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the Protected Account. From time to time and as appropriate for the servicing or foreclosure of any Mortgage Loan and in accordance with the applicable Servicing Agreement, the Trustee shall execute such documents as shall be prepared and furnished to the Trustee by a Servicer or the Master Servicer (in form reasonably acceptable to the Trustee) and as are necessary to the prosecution of any such proceedings. The Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, shall, upon the request of a Servicer or the Master Servicer, and delivery to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, of two copies of a request for release signed by a Servicing Officer substantially in the form of Exhibit D (or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer), release the related Mortgage File held in its possession or control to the Servicer or the Master Servicer, as applicable. Such trust receipt shall obligate the Servicer or the Master Servicer to return the Mortgage File to the Custodian on behalf of the Trustee, when the need therefor by the Servicer or the Master Servicer no longer exists unless the Mortgage Loan shall be liquidated, in which case, upon receipt of a certificate of a Servicing AccountOfficer similar to that hereinabove specified, the Mortgage File shall be released by the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, to the Servicer or the Master Servicer.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Company or the related Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Company or the related Servicer will, if required under the applicable related Servicing AgreementAgreement (or if the Company or the related Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F G (or as otherwise provided in the Custodial Agreement) hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Company or the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 Article V or by the applicable related Servicer pursuant to its the related Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Company or the related Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Company or the related Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Company or the related Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse, representation or warranty) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing applicable Protected Account.

(a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Company or the related Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Company or the related Servicer will, if required under the applicable related Servicing AgreementAgreement (or if the Company or the related Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F G (or as otherwise provided in the Custodial Agreement) hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Company or the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 Article V or by the applicable related Servicer pursuant to its the related Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Company or the related Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Company or the related Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Company or the related Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse, representation or warranty) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to the related Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, will promptly furnish to the Trustee and the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F H hereto signed by a Servicing Officer Authorized Servicer Representative or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer Authorized Servicer Representative (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Custodial Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement Article V have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, deliver to the Servicer the related Mortgage File. Within five (or 5) Business Days of receipt of such certification and request, the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the related Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Custodial Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer willwill (or if the Servicer does not, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, Master Servicer may) promptly furnish to the Trustee and the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification request for release substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto attached to the Custodial Agreement signed by a Servicing Officer an Authorized Servicer Representative or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer an Authorized Servicer Representative (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Custodial Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement Article V have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, deliver to the Servicer the related Mortgage File. Within five (or 5) Business Days of receipt of such certification and request, the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the related Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Custodial Account.

Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer or the Subservicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders Noteholders on the next Distribution Payment Date, the Servicer or the Subservicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, Indenture Trustee two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F B hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Custodial Account maintained by the applicable Servicer or the Subservicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Indenture Trustee (deliver or cause the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) Custodian to deliver to the applicable Servicer or the Subservicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release or cause the Custodian to release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer or the Subservicer and the Indenture Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer or the Subservicer, as the case may be, is authorized, to give, as agent for the Indenture Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Custodial Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. Upon (ai) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the receipt by purchase or repurchase of any Servicer Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 2.03 of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies or (iii) substitution of a certification substantially in Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loan for a Deleted Mortgage Loan, and upon receipt by the form Custodian of Exhibit F hereto a certificate signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect stating that all amounts received required by the Pooling and Servicing Agreement in connection with such payment that are required to be payment, repurchase or substitution have been deposited in the related Servicing Collection Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf 3.10 of the Trustee) deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification Pooling and requestServicing Agreement, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), Custodian shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and Depositor or the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignmentrelated Master Servicer, as the case may be. From time to time as appropriate for the servicing or foreclosure of any Mortgage Loan, the Custodian, shall, upon request of the related Master Servicer and delivery to the Custodian of a Request for Release, release the related Mortgage File to such Master Servicer. Such Request for Release shall be obligate the related Master Servicer to return each and every document previously requested from the Mortgage File to the Custodian when the need therefor by such Master Servicer no longer exists, unless: (i) the Mortgage Loan has been liquidated and the Liquidation Proceeds relating to the Mortgage Loan have been deposited in the Certificate Account; or (ii) the Mortgage File or such document has been delivered to an attorney, or to a public trustee or other public official as required by law, for purposes of initiating or pursuing legal action or other proceedings for the foreclosure of the Mortgaged Property either judicially or non-judicially, and such Master Servicer has delivered to the Custodian a certificate of a Servicing Officer certifying as to the name and address of the Person to which such Mortgage File or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor such document was delivered and the purpose or purposes of such payment, it being understood delivery. Upon receipt of a certificate of a Servicing Officer stating that such Mortgage Loan was liquidated and agreed that no expenses incurred all amounts received or to be received in connection with such instrument of satisfaction liquidation which are required to be deposited into the Certificate Account have been so deposited, or assignmentthat such Mortgage Loan has become an REO Property, as the case may be, related Mortgage File shall be chargeable released by the Custodian to the related Servicing AccountMaster Servicer. The Custodian shall, at the expense of any Certificateholder and upon such Certificateholder's request, provide a written report to such Certificateholder of all Mortgage Files released to either Master Servicer for servicing purposes.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing AgreementAgreement (or if the Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F D hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its the Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. Upon receipt of such certification Pooling and requestServicing Agreement, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), Custodian shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and Depositor or the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignmentMaster Servicer, as the case may be. From time to time as appropriate for the servicing or foreclosure of any Mortgage Loan, the Custodian, shall, upon request of the Master Servicer and delivery to the Custodian of a Request for Release, release the related Mortgage File to the Master Servicer. Such Request for Release shall be obligate the Master Servicer to return each and every document previously requested from the Mortgage File to the Custodian when the need therefor by the Master Servicer no longer exists, unless: (i) the Mortgage Loan has been liquidated and the Liquidation Proceeds relating to the Mortgage Loan have been deposited in the Certificate Account; or (ii) the Mortgage File or such document has been delivered to an attorney, or to a public trustee or other public official as required by law, for purposes of initiating or pursuing legal action or other proceedings for the foreclosure of the Mortgaged Property either judicially or non-judicially, and the Master Servicer has delivered to the Custodian a certificate of a Servicing Officer certifying as to the name and address of the Person to which such Mortgage File or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor such document was delivered and the purpose or purposes of such payment, it being understood delivery. The Master Servicer shall hold such Mortgage Files in its possession in trust for the benefit of the Certificateholders. Upon receipt of a certificate of a Servicing Officer stating that such Mortgage Loan was liquidated and agreed that no expenses incurred all amounts received or to be received in connection with such instrument of satisfaction liquidation which are required to be deposited into the Certificate Account have been so deposited, or assignmentthat such Mortgage Loan has become an REO Property, as the case may be, related Mortgage File shall be chargeable released by the Custodian to the related Servicing AccountMaster Servicer. The Custodian shall, at the expense of any Certificateholder and upon such Certificateholder's request, provide a written report to such Certificateholder of all Mortgage Files released to the Master Servicer for servicing purposes.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer willwill (or if the Servicer does not, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, Master Servicer may) promptly furnish to the Trustee and the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification request for release substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto attached to the Custodial Agreement signed by a Servicing Officer Authorized Servicer Representative or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer Authorized Servicer Representative (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Custodial Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement Article V have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, deliver to the Servicer the related Mortgage File. Within five (or 5) Business Days of receipt of such certification and request, the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the related Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Custodial Account.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, authorized to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Distribution Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of a Payoff with respect to any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the applicable Servicer willwill (or if the applicable Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification request for release substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto attached to the applicable Custodial Agreement, and signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) applicable Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in fullPayoff, each Servicer is authorized, authorized to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Distribution Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon (i) becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, Loan or (ii) the receipt by any the Master Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been or will be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Datepurposes, the Master Servicer will, if required under or will cause the related Servicer to, promptly notify the Indenture Trustee (or the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of ) by a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F B hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 5.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Indenture Trustee) deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Indenture Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Indenture Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Indenture Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders Securityholders on the next Distribution Payment Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Indenture Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Indenture Trustee) deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Indenture Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Indenture Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Indenture Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer or the Master Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F D hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, shall no later than five Business Days (or, to the extent that the applicable Servicer notifies the related Seller that a document is not in the Servicer’s possession as part of the Servicing File which is needed for purposes of the Servicer complying with any applicable law, within such shorter period as may be necessary to enable the Servicer to comply with such law), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Company or the related Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Company or the related Servicer will, if required under the applicable related Servicing AgreementAgreement (or if the Company or the related Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F H hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Company or the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 Article V or by the applicable related Servicer pursuant to its the related Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Company or the related Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Company or the related Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Company or the related Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse, representation or warranty) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the Protected Account. (b) From time to time and as appropriate for the servicing or foreclosure of any Mortgage Loan and in accordance with this Agreement or the related Servicing AccountAgreement, the Trustee shall execute such documents as shall be prepared and furnished to the Trustee by the Company, the related Servicer or the Master Servicer (in form reasonably acceptable to the Trustee) and as are necessary to the prosecution of any such proceedings. The Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, shall, upon the request of the Company, the related Servicer or the Master Servicer, and delivery to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, of two copies of a request for release signed by a Servicing Officer substantially in the form of Exhibit H (or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer), release the related Mortgage File held in its possession or control to the Company, the related Servicer or the Master Servicer, as applicable. Such trust receipt shall obligate the Company, the related Servicer or the Master Servicer to return the Mortgage File to the Custodian on behalf of the Trustee, when the need therefor by such Person no longer exists unless the Mortgage Loan shall be liquidated, in which case, upon receipt of a certificate of a Servicing Officer similar to that hereinabove specified, the Mortgage File shall be released by the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, to the Company, the related Servicer or the Master Servicer.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to the related Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, will promptly furnish to the Trustee or a Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F H hereto signed by a Servicing Officer Authorized Servicer Representative or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer Authorized Servicer Representative (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Custodial Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement Article V have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the such Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage FileFile (provided that, if the Servicer does not provide such certification, the Master Servicer may do so). Upon Within five (5) Business Days of receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the related Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) such Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the related Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Custodial Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders Securityholders on the next Distribution Payment Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to notify the Custodian, on behalf of Indenture Trustee and the Trustee, two copies of Custodian by a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F E hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Collection Account maintained by the applicable Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement 4.07 have been or will be so deposited) of a Servicing Officer and shall request that the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) to deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release (or shall cause the Custodian to promptly release) the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Indenture Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, authorized to give, as agent for the Indenture Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that (unless otherwise expressly provided in the related Servicing Agreement) no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Collection Account or any Custodial Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer willwill (or if the Servicer does not, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, Master Servicer may) promptly furnish to the Trustee and the related Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification request for release substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto attached to the related Custodial Agreement signed by a Servicing Officer Authorized Servicer Representative or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer Authorized Servicer Representative (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Custodial Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement Article V have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the related Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon Within five (5) Business Days of receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the related Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) related Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Company or the related Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Company or the related Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse, representation or warranty) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any GMACM Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer GMACM of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, GMACM will promptly furnish to the Trustee and the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification request for release substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto attached to the Custodial Agreement signed by a Servicing Officer Authorized Servicer Representative or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer Authorized Servicer Representative (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Custodial Account maintained by the applicable Servicer GMACM pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement Article V have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, deliver to GMACM the related Mortgage File. Within five (or 5) Business Days of receipt of such certification and request, the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer GMACM and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer GMACM is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the related GMACM Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing AccountCustodial Account maintained by GMACM.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) (i) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Company or the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Company or a Servicer will, if required under (pursuant to the applicable related Servicing Agreement), as applicable, will (or if the Company or the Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F G hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or Master Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer or Master Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Company pursuant to Article V or by the related Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its related Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Company or the Servicer or the Master Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Company or the Servicer or the Master Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Company or the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, Trustee as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse, representation or warranty) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the Protected Account. From time to time and as appropriate for the servicing or foreclosure of any Mortgage Loan and in accordance with this Agreement and the related Servicing AccountAgreement, as applicable, the Trustee shall execute such documents as shall be prepared and furnished to the Trustee by the Company, the Servicer or the Master Servicer (in form reasonably acceptable to the Trustee) and as are necessary to the prosecution of any such proceedings. The Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, shall, pursuant to the related Custodial Agreement, upon the request of the Company, the Servicer or the Master Servicer, and delivery to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, of two copies of a request for release signed by a Servicing Officer or Master Servicing Officer, as applicable, substantially in the form of Exhibit G (or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer or Master Servicing Officer, as applicable), release the related Mortgage File held in its possession or control to the Company, the Servicer or the Master Servicer, as applicable. Such trust receipt shall obligate the Company, the Servicer or the Master Servicer to return the Mortgage File to the Custodian on behalf of the Trustee, when the need therefor by such Person no longer exists unless the Mortgage Loan shall be liquidated, in which case, upon receipt of a certificate of a Servicing Officer or Master Servicing Officer, as applicable similar to that hereinabove specified, the Mortgage File shall be released by the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, to the Company, the Servicer or the Master Servicer.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (Trustee, the Trust Administrator and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Custodial Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing AgreementAgreement (or if the applicable Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F D (or as otherwise provided in the Custodial Agreement) hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its the applicable Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing applicable Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing AgreementAgreement (or if the Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F D hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 4.01, or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its the Servicing Agreement Agreement, have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), and at the expense of the Servicer, shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, authorized to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon (i) becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the receipt by any the Master Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been or will be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for purposes, or (iii) in the case of a Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is located in California, receipt by the Master Servicer of notification from the Servicer that the Servicer reasonably expects that payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Datein full will be received promptly, the Master Servicer will, if required under or will cause the related Servicer to, promptly notify the Trustee (or the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of ) by a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Collection Account maintained by the applicable Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) of a Servicing Officer and shall request that (on the form attached hereto as Exhibit C or on the form attached to the related Custodial Agreement) the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) to deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File; provided, however, that in the case of a Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is located in California, the related Mortgage File shall be released upon notification from the Servicer or the Master Servicer that such party reasonably expects that payment in full will be received promptly. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodianapplicable Custodian (with the consent, on behalf and at the direction of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, the Master Servicer is authorized, and each Servicer Servicer, to the extent such authority is provided for under the applicable Servicing Agreement, is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Collection Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer the Company of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer Company will, if required under this Agreement (or if the applicable Servicing AgreementCompany does not, the Master Servicer may), promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F G (or as otherwise provided in the Custodial Agreement) hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer Company pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement Article V have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer Company the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer Company and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer the Company is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse, representation or warranty) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicers or the Master Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F D hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, shall no later than five Business Days (or, to the extent that the applicable Servicer notifies the Seller that a document is not in the Servicer's possession as part of the servicing file which is needed for purposes of the Servicer complying with any applicable law, within such shorter period as may be necessary to enable the Servicer to comply with such law), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) (i) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Company or the related Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Company or a Servicer will, if required under (pursuant to the applicable related Servicing Agreement), as applicable, will (or if the Company or the related Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F G hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or Master Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer or Master Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Company pursuant to Article V or by the related Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its related Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Company or the related Servicer or the Master Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Company or the related Servicer or the Master Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Company or the related Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, Trustee as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse, representation or warranty) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the related Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders Noteholders on the next Distribution Payment Date, the related Servicer will, if required under the applicable related Servicing Agreement, or the Master Servicer may promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, Indenture Trustee two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F B hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable such Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its related Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Indenture Trustee (deliver or cause the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) Custodian to deliver to the applicable such Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release or cause the Custodian to release the related Mortgage File to the applicable related Servicer and the Indenture Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the related Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Indenture Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

(a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by the Company or any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Company or the related Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F H hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the Company or the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 Article V or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the Company or the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the Company or the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Company or the related Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the Protected Account. From time to time and as appropriate for the servicing or foreclosure of any Mortgage Loan and in accordance with the applicable Servicing Agreement, the Trustee shall execute such documents as shall be prepared and furnished to the Trustee by a Servicer or the Master Servicer (in form reasonably acceptable to the Trustee) and as are necessary to the prosecution of any such proceedings. The Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, shall, upon the request of a Servicer or the Master Servicer, and delivery to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, of two copies of a request for release signed by a Servicing Officer substantially in the form of Exhibit D (or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer), release the related Mortgage File held in its possession or control to the Servicer or the Master Servicer, as applicable. Such trust receipt shall obligate the Servicer or the Master Servicer to return the Mortgage File to the Custodian on behalf of the Trustee, when the need therefor by the Servicer or the Master Servicer no longer exists unless the Mortgage Loan shall be liquidated, in which case, upon receipt of a certificate of a Servicing AccountOfficer similar to that hereinabove specified, the Mortgage File shall be released by the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, to the Servicer or the Master Servicer.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders Noteholders on the next Distribution Payment Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, Indenture Trustee two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F B hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Indenture Trustee (deliver or cause the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) Custodian to deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release or cause the Custodian to release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Indenture Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Indenture Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer willwill (or if the Servicer does not, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, Master Servicer may) promptly furnish to the Trustee and the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification request for release substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto attached to the Custodial Agreement signed by a Servicing Officer an Authorized Servicer Representative or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer an Authorized Servicer Representative (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Custodial Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement Article V have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, deliver to the Servicer the related Mortgage File. Within three (or 3) Business Days of receipt of such certification and request, the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the related Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Custodial Account unless determined to be a Servicing AccountAdvance.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing AgreementAgreement (or if the Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F D-1 or Exhibit D-2, as applicable, (or as otherwise provided in the Custodial Agreement) hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders Noteholders on the next Distribution Payment Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Xxxxx Fargo Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, Indenture Trustee or the Custodian on its behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F B hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Xxxxx Fargo Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Indenture Trustee (deliver or cause the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) Custodian to deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release or cause the Custodian to release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Indenture Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Indenture Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders Securityholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under shall promptly notify the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to Indenture Trustee and the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of Custodian by a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F E hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Collection Account maintained by the applicable Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement 5.07 have been or will be so deposited) of a Servicing Officer and shall request that the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) to deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release (or shall cause the Custodian to promptly release) the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Indenture Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, authorized to give, as agent for the Indenture Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Collection Account or any Custodial Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicers or the Master Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F D hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, shall no later than five Business Days (or, to the extent that the applicable Servicer notifies the Sponsor that a document is not in the Servicer's possession as part of the Servicing File which is needed for purposes of the Servicer complying with any applicable law, within such shorter period as may be necessary to enable the Servicer to comply with such law), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicers or the Master Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F D hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, shall promptly, but not later than three (3) Business Days (or, to the extent that the applicable Servicer notifies the Seller that a document is not in the Servicer's possession as part of the servicing file which is needed for purposes of the Servicer complying with any applicable law, within such shorter period as may be necessary to enable the Servicer to comply with such law), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Trustee shall direct the Servicer willto, if required under as provided in Section 7.02 of the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F D hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by of the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that upon receipt of such certification, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) shall deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request; thereafter, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, authorized to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon (i) becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, Loan or (ii) the receipt by any the Master Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been or will be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Datepurposes, the Master Servicer willshall, if required under or shall cause the applicable Servicing AgreementServicer to, promptly furnish to notify the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, on behalf of ) and the Trustee, two copies of Securities Administrator by a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Collection Account maintained by the applicable Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement hereof have been or will be so deposited) of a Servicing Officer and shall request that (on the form attached hereto as Exhibit C or on the form attached to the related Custodial Agreement) the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) to deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File; provided, however, that in lieu of sending a hard copy certification of a Servicing Officer, the Master Servicer may, or may cause, the Servicer to, deliver the request for release in a mutually agreeable electronic format, and to the extent that such a request, on its face, originates from a Servicing Officer, no original signature shall be required. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodianapplicable Custodian (with the consent, on behalf and at the direction of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and neither the Trustee (and nor the Custodian, if applicable) applicable Custodian shall have no any further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, the Master Servicer is authorized, and each Servicer Servicer, to the extent such authority is provided for under the applicable Servicing Agreement, is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Collection Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Grantor Trust Certificateholders on the next Distribution Payment Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Xxxxx Fargo Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, Grantor Trustee two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto Four to the Custodial Agreement signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Xxxxx Fargo Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Grantor Trustee (deliver or cause the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) Custodian to deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Grantor Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release or cause the Custodian to release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Grantor Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Grantor Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing AgreementAgreement (or if the Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), promptly furnish to the related Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F D-1 or Exhibit D-2, as applicable, (or as otherwise provided in the related Custodial Agreement) hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the related Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the related Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) related Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware From time to time until Custodian is otherwise notified by Lender in writing, which notice shall be given by Lender in its good faith and reasonable judgment, the Custodian shall, upon receipt of written request of Borrower, release documentation relating to Loans in the payment in full possession of any Mortgage LoanCustodian to Borrower, for the purpose of correcting documentary deficiencies relating thereto or the to begin remedial action on such Loans upon receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary Request for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially Release and Receipt delivered by Electronic Transmission by Borrower in the form of Exhibit F hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage FileAnnex 4 hereto. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), Custodian shall promptly release the related notify Lender in its Daily Aged Report that it has released any Mortgage File to Borrower. Borrower shall hold each Mortgage File delivered to it pursuant to this Section 5(a) as bailee for Lender. Borrower or its designee shall return to Custodian each document previously released from Custodian’s Mortgage File within ten (10) Business Days of receipt thereof, unless foreclosure proceedings have commenced, in which case the applicable Servicer documents will be returned as soon as reasonably possible. Borrower hereby further covenants to Lender and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicableCustodian that any such request by Borrower for release of Loan Documents pursuant to this Section 5(a) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent be solely for the Trusteepurposes of correcting clerical or other non-substantial documentation problems or submittal as required by local law for ultimate sale, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage foreclosure, other remedial action or exchange and that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor Borrower has requested such release in compliance with all terms and conditions of such payment, it being understood release set forth herein and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing AccountLoan Agreement.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the related Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders Noteholders on the next Distribution Payment Date, the related Servicer willshall, if required under the applicable related Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, Indenture Trustee or the related Custodian on its behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F B hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which willshall, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable related Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its related Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Indenture Trustee (deliver or cause the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) related Custodian to deliver to the applicable related Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release or cause the related Custodian to release the related Mortgage File to the applicable related Servicer and the Indenture Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the related Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Indenture Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, shall no later than five Business Days (or, to the extent that the applicable Servicer notifies the Seller that a document is not in the Servicer’s possession as part of the Servicing File which is needed for purposes of the Servicer complying with any applicable law, within such shorter period as may be necessary to enable the Servicer to comply with such law), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to notify the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of ) by a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F thereof attached as an exhibit to the Custodial Agreement hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Certificate Account maintained by the applicable Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement 3.09 have been or will be so deposited) of a Servicing Officer and shall request that the Trustee (or the any applicable Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) to deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodianapplicable Custodian (with the consent, on behalf and at the direction of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Certificate Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been will be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Datepurposes, the Servicer willwill promptly notify the Custodian by delivering a Request for Release substantially in the form of Exhibit A. The Servicer is authorized to cause the removal from the registration on the MERS System of any such Mortgage if applicable, if required under and the applicable Servicing Servicer, on behalf of the Trustee shall execute and deliver the request for reconveyance, deed of reconveyance or release or satisfaction of mortgage or such instrument releasing the lien of the Mortgage together with the Mortgage Note with written evidence of cancellation thereon. Expenses incurred by the Servicer in connection with any instrument of satisfaction or deed of reconveyance shall be chargeable to the Mortgagor to the extent permitted by law, and otherwise to the Issuing Entity to the extent such expenses constitute "unanticipated expenses" within the meaning of Treasury Regulations Section 1.860G-(1)(b)(3)(ii). Subject to the further limitations set forth below, the Servicer shall cause the Mortgage File or documents so released to be returned to the Trustee or its designee when the need therefor by the Servicer no longer exists, unless the Mortgage Loan is liquidated and the proceeds thereof are deposited in the Collection Account. Each Request for Release may be delivered to the Trustee or the Custodian (i) via mail or courier, (ii) via facsimile or (iii) by such other means, including, without limitation, electronic or computer readable medium, as the Servicer and the Trustee or the Custodian shall mutually agree. On each day that the Servicer remits to the Master Servicer or the Custodian Requests for Releases pursuant to clauses (ii) or (iii) above, the Servicer shall also submit to the Master Servicer or the Custodian a summary of the total number of such Requests for Releases requested on such day by the same method as described in such clauses (ii) and (iii). If the Servicer at any time seeks to initiate a foreclosure proceeding in respect of any Mortgaged Property as authorized by this Agreement, promptly furnish the Servicer may deliver or cause to be delivered to the Trustee or the Custodian, for signature, as appropriate or on behalf of the Trustee, two copies execute any court pleadings, requests for trustee's sale or other documents necessary to effectuate such foreclosure or any legal action brought to obtain judgment against the Mortgagor on the Mortgage Note or the Mortgage or to obtain a deficiency judgment or to enforce any other remedies or rights provided by the Mortgage Note or the Mortgage or otherwise available at law or in equity. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Servicer shall cause possession of any Mortgage File or of the documents therein that shall have been released by the Trustee or the Custodian to be returned to the Trustee or the Custodian promptly after possession thereof shall have been released by the Trustee or the Custodian unless (i) the Mortgage Loan has been liquidated and the Liquidation Proceeds relating to the Mortgage Loan have been deposited in the Collection Account, and the Servicer shall have delivered to the Trustee or the Custodian a certification substantially Request for Release in the form of Exhibit F hereto signed A or (ii) the Mortgage File or document shall have been delivered to an attorney or to a public trustee or other public official as required by law for purposes of initiating or pursuing legal action or other proceedings for the foreclosure of the Mortgaged Property and the Servicer shall have delivered to the Trustee or the Custodian an Officer's Certificate of a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement certifying as to the effect that all amounts received in connection with name and address of the Person to which the Mortgage File or the documents therein were delivered and the purpose or purposes of such payment that are required delivery. The Servicer shall have no liability for and shall be excused from its performance hereunder to be deposited in the related Servicing Account maintained extent its non-performance is caused by the applicable failure of the Custodian under the Custodial Agreement or the Trustee to release or execute the documents as requested by the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 a Request for Release or by a request for the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf execution of the Trustee) deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Accountdocuments.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer or the Master Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F D hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, shall no later than five Business Days (or, to the extent that the applicable Servicer notifies the Seller that a document is not in the Servicer's possession as part of the Servicing File which is needed for purposes of the Servicer complying with any applicable law, within such shorter period as may be necessary to enable the Servicer to comply with such law), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Master Servicer willshall cause the Servicer to, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of From time to time until Custodian is otherwise notified by Buyer in writing (unless such notice is given by the payment Disbursement Agent in full of any Mortgage Loanaccordance with Section 11), which notice shall be given by Buyer (or Disbursement Agent in accordance with Section 11) only following the receipt by any Servicer occurrence of a notification that payment Default or an Event of Default, Custodian shall, upon receipt of written request of Seller, release documentation relating to Mortgage Loans in full has been escrowed in the possession of Custodian to Seller or its designee, for the purpose of correcting documentary deficiencies relating thereto against a manner customary Request for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially Release and Receipt delivered via Electronic Transmission by Seller in the form of Exhibit F hereto signed by a Servicing Officer Annex 5-A hereto. The preceding sentence respecting release to Seller, or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which willits designee, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification Custodian's Mortgage Files shall include a statement be operative only to the effect extent that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required at any time Custodian shall not have released to be deposited in the related Servicing Account maintained by the applicable Servicer Seller or its designee pursuant to clause (a) or (b) of this Section 4.01 or 5, Mortgage Files pertaining to Mortgage Loans at the time being held by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, Custodian on behalf of Buyer with an aggregate outstanding principal balance greater than $500,000 (the Trustee) deliver "Release Limit"). In the event Seller or its designee requests the release of a Mortgage File to Seller or its designee with respect to a Mortgage Loan, which release would result in Custodian having released Mortgage Files pertaining to Mortgage Loans at the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, time being held by Custodian on behalf of Buyer with an aggregate outstanding principal balance greater than the Trustee)Release Limit, Custodian shall notify Buyer and obtain written consent of Buyer prior to such requested release. Custodian shall promptly release the related notify Buyer in its Daily Report that it has released any Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer Seller or its designee. Seller or its designee shall hold each Mortgage File delivered to it pursuant to this Section 5(a) as bailee for Buyer. Seller or its designee shall return to Custodian each document previously released from Custodian's Mortgage File within ten (10) Business Days of receipt thereof. Seller hereby further covenants to Buyer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicableCustodian that any such request by Seller for release of Mortgage Loan Documents pursuant to this Section 5(a) shall have no further responsibility with regard to be solely for the purposes of correcting clerical or other non-substantial documentation problems in preparation for returning such Mortgage FileLoan Documents to Custodian for ultimate sale or exchange and that Seller has requested such release in compliance with all terms and conditions of such release set forth herein and in the Repurchase Agreement. Upon any such payment Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in fullthe foregoing, each Servicer is authorized, to giveMortgage Notes and Credit Line Agreements, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may beapplicable, shall be delivered to released only for the Person purpose of (i) ultimate sale or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor exchange or (ii) presentation, collection, renewal or registration of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Accounttransfer.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required (or if the Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may) under the applicable GreenPoint Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F D hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its the GreenPoint Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the Protected Account. From time to time and as appropriate for the servicing or foreclosure of any Mortgage Loan and in accordance with the GreenPoint Servicing Agreement, the Trustee shall execute such documents as shall be prepared and furnished to the Trustee by the Servicer or the Master Servicer (in form reasonably acceptable to the Trustee) and as are necessary to the prosecution of any such proceedings. The Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, shall, upon the request of the Servicer or the Master Servicer, and delivery to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, of two copies of a request for release signed by a Servicing Officer substantially in the form of Exhibit D (or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer), release the related Mortgage File held in its possession or control to the Servicer or the Master Servicer, as applicable. Such trust receipt shall obligate the Servicer or the Master Servicer to return the Mortgage File to the Custodian on behalf of the Trustee, when the need therefor by the Servicer or the Master Servicer no longer exists unless the Mortgage Loan shall be liquidated, in which case, upon receipt of a certificate of a Servicing AccountOfficer similar to that hereinabove specified, the Mortgage File shall be released by the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, to the Servicer or the Master Servicer.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of a Payoff with respect to any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full a Payoff has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer willwill (or if the Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), if required under the applicable Mortgage Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification request for release substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto attached to the Custodial Agreement, and signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Mortgage Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in fullPayoff, each the Servicer is authorized, authorized to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Distribution Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon (i) becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, Loan or (ii) the receipt by any the Master Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been or will be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Datepurposes, the Master Servicer will, if required under or will cause the applicable Servicing Agreementrelated Servicer to, promptly furnish to notify the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of ) by a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Collection Account maintained by the applicable Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement 4.07 have been or will be so deposited) of a Servicing Officer and shall request that (on the form attached hereto as Exhibit B or on the form attached to the related Custodial Agreement) the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) to deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Indenture Trustee (or the CustodianCustodian (with the consent, on behalf and at the direction of the Indenture Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Indenture Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, the Master Servicer is authorized, and each Servicer Servicer, to the extent such authority is provided for under the applicable Servicing Agreement, is authorized, to give, as agent for the Indenture Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Collection Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, will promptly furnish to the Trustee and the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification request for release substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto attached to the Custodial Agreement signed by a Servicing Officer Authorized Servicer Representative or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer Authorized Servicer Representative (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Custodial Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement Article V have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, deliver to the Servicer the related Mortgage File. Within five (or 5) Business Days of receipt of such certification and request, the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the related Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing AccountCustodial Account maintained by the Servicer.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been will be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Datepurposes, the Servicer willwill promptly notify the Custodian by delivering a Request for Release substantially in the form of Exhibit A. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Servicer shall cause possession of any Mortgage File or of the documents therein that shall have been released by the Trustee or the Custodian to be returned to the Trustee or the Custodian promptly after possession thereof shall have been released by the Trustee or the Custodian unless (i) the Mortgage Loan has been liquidated and the Liquidation Proceeds relating to the Mortgage Loan have been deposited in the Collection Account, and the Servicer shall have delivered to the Trustee or the Custodian a certification substantially Request for Release in the form of Exhibit F hereto signed A or (ii) the Mortgage File or document shall have been delivered to an attorney or to a public trustee or other public official as required by law for purposes of initiating or pursuing legal action or other proceedings for the foreclosure of the Mortgaged Property and the Servicer shall have delivered to the Trustee or the Custodian an Officer's Certificate of a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement certifying as to the effect that all amounts received in connection with name and address of the Person to which the Mortgage File or the documents therein were delivered and the purpose or purposes of such payment that are required delivery. The Servicer shall have no liability for and shall be excused from its performance hereunder to be deposited in the related Servicing Account maintained extent its non-performance is directly caused by the applicable failure of the Custodian under the Custodial Agreement or the Trustee to release or execute the documents as requested by the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 a Request for Release or by a request for the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf execution of the Trustee) deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Accountdocuments.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under or the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly Master Servicer will furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F D hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly and no later than five Business Days (or, to the extent that the Servicer notifies the Seller that a document is not in the Servicer's possession as part of the Servicing File which is needed for purposes of the Servicer complying with any applicable law, within such shorter period as may be necessary to enable the Servicer to comply with such law) release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by the Wells Master Servicer or any Servicer of a notification that payment xxxxent in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, Custodian on behalf of the Trustee, Trustee two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F H hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Wells Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 (as successor servicer) or by the applicable Servicer applicaxxx Xervicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so depositeddeposited or escrowed) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, Custodian on behalf of the Trustee) Trustee deliver to the Wells Master Servicer or the applicable Servicer Servicer, as approprxxxx, the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, Custodian on behalf of the Trustee), Trustee shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the Wells Master Servicer or the applicable Servicer Servicer, as approprxxxx, and neither the Custodian nor the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no any further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, the Wells Master Servicer and each Servicer is authorized, to givegixx, as xs agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.

(a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of a Payoff with respect to any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the applicable Servicer willwill (or if the applicable Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification request for release substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto attached to the Custodial Agreement, and signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in fullPayoff, each Servicer is authorized, authorized to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Distribution Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, or the receipt by any Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing AgreementAgreement (or if the Servicer does not, the Master Servicer may), promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F D hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) , deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) Custodian shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the Protected Account. (b) From time to time and as appropriate for the servicing or foreclosure of any Mortgage Loan and in accordance with the applicable Servicing Agreement, the Trustee shall execute such documents as shall be prepared and furnished to the Trustee by a Servicer or the Master Servicer (in form reasonably acceptable to the Trustee) and as are necessary to the prosecution of any such proceedings. The Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, shall, upon the request of a Servicer or the Master Servicer, and delivery to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, of two copies of a request for release signed by a Servicing Officer substantially in the form of Exhibit D (or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer), release the related Mortgage File held in its possession or control to the Servicer or the Master Servicer, as applicable. Such trust receipt shall obligate the Servicer or the Master Servicer to return the Mortgage File to the Custodian on behalf of the Trustee, when the need therefor by the Servicer or the Master Servicer no longer exists unless the Mortgage Loan shall be liquidated, in which case, upon receipt of a certificate of a Servicing AccountOfficer similar to that hereinabove specified, the Mortgage File shall be released by the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, to the Servicer or the Master Servicer.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon (i) becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage Loan, Loan or (ii) the receipt by any the Master Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been or will be escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders on the next Distribution Datepurposes, the Master Servicer will, if required under or will cause the applicable Servicing Agreementrelated Servicer to, promptly furnish to notify the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of ) and the Trustee, two copies of Securities Administrator by a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Certificate Account maintained by the applicable Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) of a Servicing Officer and shall request that (on the form attached hereto as Exhibit C or on the form attached to the related Custodial Agreement) the Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) to deliver to the applicable Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Trustee (or the CustodianCustodian (with the consent, on behalf and at the direction of the Trustee), shall promptly release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, the Master Servicer is authorized, and each Servicer Servicer, to the extent such authority is provided for under the applicable Servicing Agreement, is authorized, to give, as agent for the Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage Loan, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Certificate Account.

Release of Mortgage Files. (a) Upon becoming aware of the payment in full of any Mortgage LoanHELOC, or the receipt by any the Servicer of a notification that payment in full has been escrowed in a manner customary for such purposes for payment to Certificateholders Noteholders on the next Distribution Payment Date, the Servicer will, if required under the applicable Servicing Agreement, promptly furnish to the Custodian, on behalf of Indenture Trustee and the Trustee, Custodian two copies of a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit F B hereto signed by a Servicing Officer or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment that are required to be deposited in the related Servicing Protected Account maintained by the applicable such Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 or by the applicable Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement have been or will be so deposited) and shall request that the Indenture Trustee (deliver or cause the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee) Custodian to deliver to the applicable such Servicer the related Mortgage File. Upon receipt of such certification and request, the Indenture Trustee (or the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee), shall promptly release or cause the Custodian to release the related Mortgage File to the applicable Servicer and the Indenture Trustee (and the Custodian, if applicable) shall have no further responsibility with regard to such Mortgage File. Upon any such payment in full, each the Servicer is authorized, to give, as agent for the Indenture Trustee, as the mortgagee under the Mortgage that secured the Mortgage LoanHELOC, an instrument of satisfaction (or assignment of mortgage without recourse) regarding the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, which instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be delivered to the Person or Persons entitled thereto against receipt therefor of such payment, it being understood and agreed that no expenses incurred in connection with such instrument of satisfaction or assignment, as the case may be, shall be chargeable to the related Servicing Protected Account.
