Release of Physician From Practice Liabilities. Vision 21 shall use its best efforts to obtain from third party creditors the release of Physician from any personal liabilities relating to the Practice which are identified on Schedule 8.4 and assumed by Vision 21 pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
