Common use of Release of Policy Provider Clause in Contracts

Release of Policy Provider. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, and for the avoidance of doubt, if the Policy is terminated and surrendered to the Policy Provider for cancellation, all obligations of the Policy Provider under this Indenture (including, but not limited to, all obligations set forth in this Section 3.14) shall be terminated and released.

Release of Policy Provider. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, and for the avoidance of doubt, if the Policy is terminated and surrendered to the Policy Provider for cancellation, all obligations of the Policy Provider under this Indenture (including, but not limited to, all obligations set forth in this Section 3.143.15) shall be terminated and released.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, and for the avoidance of doubt, if the Policy is terminated and surrendered to the Policy Provider 105 for cancellation, all obligations of the Policy Provider under this Indenture (including, but not limited to, all obligations set forth in this Section 3.14) shall be terminated and released.
