Common use of Release of Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Release of Restrictions. Subject to the provisions of paragraphs 2 and 5, the restrictions described in paragraph 3 above shall be released with respect to 1/3 of the Award Shares on May 31, 2015, 1/3 of the Award Shares on May 31, 2016, and 1/3 of the Award Shares on May 31, 2017, except as follows:

Release of Restrictions. Subject to the provisions of paragraphs 2 and 5paragraph 4 below, the restrictions described in paragraph 3 2 above shall be released with respect to 1/3 50% of the Award Shares on May 31, 2015, 1/3 of the Award Shares on May 31, 2016, 2016 and 1/3 50% of the Award Shares on May 31, 2017, except as follows:

Release of Restrictions. Subject to the provisions of paragraphs 2 and 5, the restrictions described in paragraph 3 above shall be released with respect to 1/3 331/3% of the Award Shares on May 31, 2015, 1/3 331/3% of the Award Shares on May 31, 2016, and 1/3 331/3% of the Award Shares on May 31, 2017, except as follows:

Release of Restrictions. Subject to the provisions of paragraphs 2 and 5paragraph 4 below, the restrictions described in paragraph 3 2 above shall be released with respect to 1/3 50% of the Award Shares on May 31, 2015, 1/3 2017 and 50% of the Award Shares on May 31, 2016, and 1/3 of the Award Shares on May 31, 20172018, except as follows:
