Release of Shares Cumulative; Continued Service Condition. The release of Unreleased Shares from the Company’s Repurchase Option under paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) shall be cumulative. Unreleased Shares shall only be released from the Company’s Repurchase Option pursuant to this paragraph 2 if Holder is an Employee, Director or Consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries on the applicable Performance Vesting Effective Date.
