If contractor does not tin1ely comply with the District's request for records, the District shall be able to xxx for breach of contract and the prevailing party shall be entitled to attorney's fees. A contractor who fails to provide the requested public records to the District within a reasonable time may be subject to penalties under Section 119.10, Florida Statutes (2018).
