Common use of RELEASE OF THE SECURITY Clause in Contracts

RELEASE OF THE SECURITY. In the event of a disposition to a non-Credit Party permitted by and complying with Section 13.3(b) of property subject to the Security, the Agent will be authorized to release the Security with respect to such property and to execute on behalf of the Lenders any instrument evidencing such release.

RELEASE OF THE SECURITY. In the event of a disposition to a non-Credit Party permitted by and complying with Section 13.3(b) of property or assets subject to the Security, the Agent will be authorized to release the Security with respect to such property or assets and to execute on behalf of the Lenders any instrument evidencing such release.

In the event of a disposition to a non-Credit Party permitted by and complying with Section Sections 10.3 and 13.3(b) of property or assets subject to the Security, the Agent will be authorized to release the Security with respect to such property or assets and to execute on behalf of the Lenders any instrument evidencing such release.

In the event of a disposition to a any non-Credit Party Abitibi Entity permitted by and complying with Section 13.3(b13.3(b)(iii) of property subject to the Security, the Agent will be authorized without any further consent of the Lenders to release the Security with respect to such property and to execute on behalf of the Lenders any instrument evidencing such release.
