Common use of Release on Payment in Full Clause in Contracts

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the Property not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the Property not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written -------------------------- request and at the expense of BorrowerBorrower (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses), upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the each Individual Property not theretofore released.

Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of this Loan Agreementthereof, release the Lien of the Mortgage on and the Property other Loan Documents if not theretofore released.

Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of BorrowerBorrowers, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of this Loan Agreement, thereof release the Lien Liens of the Mortgage on Mortgages and the Property other Loan Documents if not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage Mortgages on the Property not theretofore releasedProperties. Borrower shall pay to Lender all reasonable administrative and legal costs incurred in connection with such release.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 2.3.1(a) or 2.3.1(c) of this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage Mortgages on the Property Properties not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the Property not theretofore released.
