Release Requests. To obtain the release of any Deposit Materials, Popular shall submit to Iron Mountain: (i) a Work Request to release such Deposit Materials that specifies the Deposit Account(s) to be released; and (ii) a certification that a Release Event has occurred (and in the case of Section Section 3.1(e), the required certification) with respect to such Deposit Account(s).
