Common use of Released Parties Clause in Contracts

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the Company, all current and former parents, subsidiaries, related companies, partnerships, or joint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, their predecessors and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past, present, and future employees, officers, directors, stockholders, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs), and any other persons acting by, through, under or in concert with any of the persons or entities listed in this subsection, and their successors.

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the Company, all current and former related entities, parents, subsidiaries, related companiesaffiliates, partnerships, or joint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, their predecessors and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past, present, past and future present employees, officers, partners, directors, stockholders, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs), and any other persons acting by, ; through, under under, or in concert with any of the persons or entities listed in this subsection, and their successors.

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the CompanySemtech, all current and former parents, subsidiaries, related companies, partnerships, or joint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, their predecessors and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past, present, and future employees, officers, directors, stockholders, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs), and any other persons acting by, through, under or in concert with any of the persons or entities listed in this subsection, and their successors.

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the Company, all current and former parents, subsidiariesSubsidiaries, related companiesAffiliates, partnerships, or joint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, their predecessors and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past, present, and future employees, officers, directors, stockholders, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs), and any other persons acting by, through, under or in concert with any of the persons or entities listed in this subsection, and their successors.

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the Company, all current and former parents, subsidiaries, related companies, partnerships, or joint ventures, employee benefits plans of the Company and, with respect to each of them, their predecessors and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past, present, past and future present employees, officers, directors, stockholders, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs), and any other persons acting by, through, under or in concert with any of the persons or entities listed in this subsection, and their successors.

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the Companyare: Adex and all of Adex’s current or former parent companies, all current and former parentssubsidiary companies, subsidiariesand/or related, related affiliated, or predecessor companies, partnerships, or and/or joint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, their predecessors and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past, present, and future employees, officers, partners, principals, directors, stockholders, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs), and any other persons acting by, through, under under, or in concert with any of the persons or entities listed in this subsection, and their successors. Said parties shall be referred to collectively herein as the "Released Parties."

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the Company, all current and former parents, subsidiaries, affiliates or related companies, partnerships, or joint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, their predecessors and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past, present, and future employees, officers, directors, stockholders, owners, managers, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs), and any other persons acting by, through, under or in concert with any of the persons or entities listed in this subsection, and their successors.

Released Parties. The Released Parties are the Company, Company and all current and former parents, subsidiaries, of its related companies, partnerships, or joint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, their predecessors and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past, present, past and future present employees, officers, directors, stockholders, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit plans and programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such plans and programs), and any other persons acting by, through, under under, or in concert with any of the persons or entities listed in this subsection, and their successors.

The Released Parties are the Company, Company and all current and former parents, subsidiaries, of its related companies, partnerships, or joint ventures, and, with respect to each of them, their predecessors and successors; and, with respect to each such entity, all of its past, present, past and future present employees, independent contractors, vendors, consultants officers, directors, stockholders, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit plans and programs (and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such plans and programs), and any other persons acting by, through, under under, or in concert with any of the persons or entities listed in this subsection, and their successors.

Released Parties.
