RELEASED TIME FOR UNION DISCUSSION TEAM MEMBERS. Individuals employed by the District and chosen by the recognized majority representative to represent members of the Teacher Unit in discussions with representatives of the District shall be given released time from their duties as an employee of the District to participate in these discussions within prescribed limits and timetables to be worked out by mutual consent.
