Common use of Released Tokens Clause in Contracts

Released Tokens. No Tokens purchased pursuant to this Agreement, nor any beneficial interest in such Tokens, shall be sold, gifted, transferred, encumbered or otherwise disposed of in any way (whether by operation of law or otherwise) by the Participant or any subsequent transferee, other than in compliance with Applicable Laws.

Released Tokens. No Tokens purchased (whether such Tokens constitute Unrestricted Tokens or otherwise) acquired pursuant to this Agreement, nor any beneficial interest in such Tokens, shall be sold, gifted, transferred, encumbered or otherwise disposed of in any way (whether by operation of law or otherwise) by the Participant or any subsequent transferee, other than in compliance with Applicable Laws.
