Common use of Releasees Clause in Contracts

Releasees. For purposes of this Agreement, “Releasees” include Xxxxxx and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, plans, trusts, administrators, fiduciaries, insurance companies, successors, and assigns.
