The Indenture Trustee covenants and agrees, for the benefit of the Lessee and the Owner Participant, to execute and deliver the instruments of release from the Lien of the Indenture which it is required to execute and deliver in accordance with the provisions of Article XIV of the Indenture, and the Owner Participant agrees, for the benefit of the Lessee, to cause the Owner Trustee to request the Indenture Trustee to execute and deliver such instruments of release upon written notice from the Lessee to make such request.
