RELETTING NOTICES. The Tenant shall permit the Landlord, at all reasonable times during the last six (6) months of the Term, to enter the Premises and affix and retain, without interference, on any suitable parts of them (but not so as materially to affect the access of light or air to the Premises) notices for reletting them and the Tenant shall not remove or obscure such notices and shall permit all persons with the written authority of the Landlord to view the Premises at all reasonable hours in the daytime, upon prior appointment having been made.
