Common use of Relevant Regulator Consent Clause in Contracts

Relevant Regulator Consent. No modification shall be effected to this First Supplemental Indenture or in relation to the Additional Tier 1 Securities, unless the Company has received any Relevant Regulator Consent as may be required under the Applicable Regulations. The Trustee is entitled to request and rely on an Officer’s Certificate as to the satisfaction of this condition precedent to any modification without further enquiry.
