Subordinated Trustee May File Proofs of Claim. In case of the pendency of any receivership, insolvency, liquidation, bankruptcy, reorganization, arrangement, adjustment, composition or other judicial proceeding relating to the Issuer or any other obligor upon the Securities of any series or the property of the Issuer or of such other obligor or their creditors, the Subordinated Trustee for the Securities of such series (irrespective of whether the principal (or lesser amount in the case of Discounted Securities) of any Security of such series shall then be due and payable as therein expressed or by declaration or otherwise and irrespective of whether such Subordinated Trustee shall have made any demand on the Issuer for the payment of overdue principal or interest or Deferred Interest (if the same has not been paid on the date on which the same shall have become due and payable as provided for in the Board Resolution or supplemental indenture executed pursuant to Section 3.01)) shall be entitled and empowered, by intervention in such proceeding or otherwise:
