Reliance by Lender. Lender is relying and is entitled to rely upon each and all of the provisions of this Agreement; and accordingly, if any provision or provisions of this Agreement should be held to be invalid or ineffective, then all other provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding.
