Reliance by Lender. Lessee acknowledges and agrees that Lender may rely on all of the representations, warranties and covenants set forth in this Lease, that Lender is an intended third-party beneficiary of such representations, warranties and covenants and that Lender shall have all rights and remedies available at law or in equity as a result of a breach of such representations, warranties and covenants, including to the extent applicable, the right of subrogation.
