Common use of Reliance by Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reliance by Trustee. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Deed, in the absence of actual knowledge to the contrary, the Trustee is entitled conclusively to rely on and is not required to investigate the accuracy of: (a) the contents of a Sale Notice given to it by an Approved Seller; (b) the contents of any Manager's Report; (c) any calculations made by an Approved Seller, a Servicer, the Manager or a Calculation Agent under any Transaction Document including the calculation of amounts to be paid to, or charged against, Noteholders, the Beneficiary or the Seller on specified dates; or (d) the amount of, or allocation of, Collections.
