Common use of Reliance on Experts Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Experts. The Trustee shall consult with accountants, counsel and petroleum engineers as specifically provided herein and may otherwise consult with counsel (including its own counsel), accountants, geologists, engineers and other parties deemed by the Trustee to be qualified as experts on the matters submitted to them. The Trustee is authorized to rely on the advice of such experts as provided in Section 7.01 hereof and to make payments of all reasonable fees for services or expenses thus incurred out of the Trust Estate.

Reliance on Experts. The Trustee shall may consult with accountants, counsel and petroleum engineers as specifically provided herein and experts (who may otherwise consult with counsel (including its own counsel), accountants, geologists, engineers and other parties deemed be experts employed by the Trustee Company) including legal counsel, appraisers, pricing services, accountants or actuaries, selected by it with due care with respect to the meaning and construction of this Agreement or any provision hereof, or concerning its powers and duties hereunder, and shall be qualified as experts protected for any action taken or omitted by it in good faith pursuant to or on the matters submitted to them. The Trustee is authorized to rely on the advice of such experts as provided in Section 7.01 hereof and to make payments of all reasonable fees for services or expenses thus incurred out basis of the Trust Estateopinion of any such expert.

The Trustee shall may consult with experts, including appraisers, legal counsel and professional accountants, counsel selected with due care, with respect to the meaning and petroleum engineers as specifically provided herein construction of this Agreement or any provision hereof, or concerning its powers and may otherwise consult with counsel (including its own counsel)duties hereunder, accountants, geologists, engineers and other parties deemed shall be protected for any action taken or omitted by it in good faith pursuant to the Trustee to be qualified as experts on the matters submitted to them. The Trustee is authorized to rely on the advice opinion of any such experts as provided in Section 7.01 hereof and to make payments of all reasonable fees for services or expenses thus incurred out of the Trust Estateexpert.
