The Trustee and the Manager may rely on and act on the opinion or statement or certificate or advice of or information obtained from a Servicer, barristers or solicitors (whether instructed by the Manager or the Trustee), bankers, accountants, brokers, valuers and other persons believed by it in good faith to be expert or properly informed in relation to the matters on which they are consulted and the Trustee and the Manager shall not be liable for anything done or suffered by it in good faith in reliance on such opinion, statement, certificate, advice or information except:
