Common use of Reliance on Information from the Servicer Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Information from the Servicer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, all payments from any of the accounts described in this Article V and any transfer of amounts between such accounts shall be made by the Trust Collateral Agent based on the information provided to the Trust Collateral Agent by the Servicer in writing, whether by way of a Servicer's Certificate or otherwise (upon which the Trust Collateral Agent may conclusively rely).
