Common use of Reliance on Information from the Servicer Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Information from the Servicer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, all distributions from any of the accounts described in this Article IV and any transfer of amounts between such accounts shall be made by the Trustee in reliance on information provided to the Trustee by the Servicer in writing, whether by way of a Servicer's Certificate or otherwise.

Reliance on Information from the Servicer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, all distributions from any of the accounts described in this Article IV V and any transfer movement of amounts cash between such accounts shall be made by the Trustee in reliance on information provided to the Trustee by the Servicer in writing, whether by way of a the Servicer's Monthly Servicing Certificate or otherwiseotherwise unless the Trustee has actual knowledge or notice of any inaccuracy therein.

Reliance on Information from the Servicer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, all distributions from any of the accounts described in this Article IV and any transfer of amounts between such accounts shall be made by the Trustee in reliance on information provided to the Trustee by the Servicer in writing, whether by way of a Servicer's Certificate or otherwiseotherwise and the Trustee shall be fully protected in relying on such information from the Servicer.

Reliance on Information from the Servicer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, all distributions from any of the accounts described in this Article IV and any transfer of amounts between such accounts accounts, and all releases of Receivables shall be made by the Trustee Collateral Agent and the Collection Account Bank in reliance on information provided to the Trustee Collateral Agent or the Collection Account Bank, as the case may be, by the Servicer in writing, whether by way of a Servicer's Certificate or otherwise.
