Common use of Reliance on Information from the Servicer Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Information from the Servicer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, all distributions from any of the accounts described in this Article V and any movement of cash between such accounts shall be made by the Trustee in reliance on information provided to the Trustee by the Servicer in writing, whether by way of the Servicer's Monthly Servicing Certificate or otherwise unless the Trustee has actual knowledge or notice of any inaccuracy therein.
