Contractor’s Certification (1) By entering into this contract, the Contractor (and officials thereof) certifies that neither it nor any person or firm who has a substantial interest in the Contractor's firm is a person or firm ineligible to be awarded Government contracts by virtue of the sanctions imposed under 41 U.S.C. 6706.
Reliance on Reports Except as expressly provided herein, nothing herein shall be construed to impose an obligation on the part of the Global Agent to recalculate, evaluate or verify any report, certificate or information received by it from the Issuer or to otherwise monitor the activities of the Issuer.
Monthly MWBE Contractor Compliance Report A. In accordance with 5 NYCRR § 142.10, Contractor is required to report Monthly MWBE Contractor Compliance to OGS during the term of the Contract for the preceding month’s activity, documenting progress made towards achievement of the Contract MWBE goals. OGS requests that all Contractors use the New York State Contract System (“NYSCS”) to report subcontractor and supplier payments made by Contractor to MWBEs performing work under the Contract. This is a New York State-based system that all State agencies and authorities will be implementing to ensure uniform contract compliance reporting throughout New York State.
Contractor’s Certifications A. Contractor certifies that it has not engaged in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices in competing for or in executing the Contract. For the purposes of this Paragraph 10.05:
Assistance on request 1. At the request of the applicant authority, the requested authority shall furnish it with all relevant information to enable it to ensure that customs legislation is correctly applied, including information regarding operations noted or planned which are or could be in breach of such legislation.
Reliance on Self-Certifications and Documentary Evidence A Reporting Financial Institution may not rely on a self-certification or documentary evidence if the Reporting Financial Institution knows or has reason to know that the self- certification or documentary evidence is incorrect or unreliable.
