Reliance upon Information Provided by Others. If Consultant’s performance of services hereunder requires Consultant to rely on information provided by other parties (excepting Consultant’s subcontractors), Consultant shall not independently verify the validity, completeness, or accuracy of such information unless otherwise expressly engaged to do so in writing by Client.
