Reliance upon Information Provided by Others. If CONSULTANT’s performance of any TASK ORDER(S) and/or Services hereunder requires CONSULTANT to rely on information provided by other parties (excepting CONSULTANT’s subcontractors), CONSULTANT shall not be required to independently verify the validity, completeness, or accuracy of such information unless otherwise expressly engaged to do so in writing by TOWN. The CONSULTANT shall be responsible for advising the TOWN when the validity, completeness or accuracy of information is of concern.
