Common use of Reliance Upon Reports Clause in Contracts

Reliance Upon Reports. The Trustees may, providing they exercise due diligence, rely and act upon the accuracy of any statement, report, certificate or opinion from the Auditor, or any solicitor for the Trust, or any person required to prepare a report or certificate under this Indenture or pursuant to a document attached hereto, and shall not be responsible or held liable for any loss or damage resulting from acting in good faith, upon such statement, certificate, opinion or report.
