Reliance’s Right of Termination. Reliance may suspend all or any portion of this Broadband Access Services Contract, in accordance with the terms of Section 3.16 and Section 23.1.2 of the General Terms. Reliance also has the right to terminate all or any portion of this Broadband Access Services Contract in accordance with the terms of Section 23.1 of the General Terms.
