Relief from Obligations. Service Provider shall be relieved of its obligations under this Agreement to the extent that it's ability to perform is limited, hindered or disrupted by the acts or omissions of Recipient, including Recipient's failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement in a prompt and timely manner.
